With spectacular wrap-around views of Central Park from a high floor, this home was already stellar. The lifestyle for this home was to be a Pied-a-terre for the client to use when in town frequently working. The space needed to effortless shift from family home to entertaining space as well.

Part of the process was to customize the interiors from developer grade to custom along with adding a much-needed study. Rather than walling off the study, glass framed with columns clad in stone, the views out and in are sweeping.

The dining area is pulled into the interior of the space adjacent to the kitchen where it still has access to view and light.

The passage to the bedrooms was wrapped in lacquered millwork with some panels hiding storage.

The primary suite perched against the curtain wall feels both intimate and soaring with the continued material palette. A chaise is perched against the glass suspending you in the sky. The primary bath offers an oversized his and her shower in spa-like materials.
